Luxe3D Terms and Conditions
Please read the Terms and Conditions carefully.
- General Information
Business Name & Address: Luxe3D is referred to as a “service” in these Terms & Conditions.
Jurisdiction & Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
- Services & Payment
Scope of Services: Luxe3D provides 2D design, 2D floor plans, CAD drawings, 3D renderings, 3D video walkthroughs, virtual reality (VR), 2D floor plans, 360° renderings, design consultation, and revisions. Luxe3D allows a logical number of revisions, but concept changes are not considered revisions and require discussion.
Design Usage Terms:
- If clients use Luxe3D’s 3D renderings for social media, they must credit Luxe3D by stating “3D renderings created by Luxe3D” and tagging “@luxe3ddesign” in their posts.
- If clients print 3D renderings for banners or marketing material, they must include “3D renderings created by Luxe3D” include the website “www.luxe3d.co.uk” phone number “+44 029 2264 6790” and Luxe3D’s logo.
Project Process & Revisions:
- Luxe3D allows 2 revisions before additional charges apply.
- If a client is unsatisfied with the final design, they are responsible as they provided the project details. Any request for changes will be considered a new project and require full payment again.
Pricing & Payment Terms:
- A 30% upfront payment of the total agreed amount is required before work begins and is non-refundable. This payment covers the brief study, communication, any pre-work, and secures a dedicated timeframe for project completion. Scheduling will be arranged based on Luxe3D’s availability.
- The remaining 70% is due upon project completion. Once the client signs off, this payment becomes non-refundable.
- Payment methods: Bank Transfer (Name: Luxe3D, Account Number: 63242371, Sort Code: 08-92-50) or PayPal (luxe3ddesign@gmail.com).
Late Payments & Non-Payment: If a client:
- Refuses to pay, or
- Has overdue invoices for more than 3 months while being unresponsive, or
- Does not provide a logical explanation for overdue payments within 3 months,then Luxe3D reserves the right to take legal action upon the client.
- Intellectual Property & Usage Rights
Ownership of Designs & Copyright:
- Clients receive full rights to designs upon payment.
- Luxe3D retains the right to use the final results (e.g., 3D renderings, videos) for marketing purposes such as social media and the website.
- Clients do not need permission to modify or reuse Luxe3D’s designs for their projects.
- Luxe3D may share certain personal data and designs with third-party providers involved in fulfilling project needs (e.g., printing services, hosting services). We ensure that all third-party providers adhere to the same data protection standards as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
Showcasing Work:
- Luxe3D can showcase completed projects in its portfolio, website, and social media.
- Clients must submit a written request (email to info@luxe3d.co.uk or luxe3ddesign@gmail.com) if they do not want their project to be showcased.
- Client Responsibilities & Liability
Client Obligations:
- Clients must provide complete and accurate details (e.g., sketches, measurements, material details) before work starts.
- Incorrect information: Additional charges apply based on the extent of corrections needed.
- Incomplete information: Additional charges apply based on the number of missing details.
- Personal Data Retention: Luxe3D retains the personal data collected for the duration necessary to complete the project and for legal, accounting, and regulatory purposes. For more details about how long we keep your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
Liability & Disclaimers:
- Design Flaws: Design Flaws: Luxe3D is not responsible for any financial loss due to errors after the client signs off on the project. Clients must verify and are responsible for the accuracy of designs before implementation.
- Project Delays: Luxe3D limits liability for unforeseen delays.
- Third-Party Software Issues: Luxe3D is not responsible for third-party software issues beyond its control.
- Manufacturing/Construction Issues: Luxe3D is not responsible for any errors in manufacturing or construction based on its designs.
- Data Protection Rights:
By using our services, clients acknowledge their data protection rights as outlined in our Privacy Policy. These include the right to access, correct, erase, or restrict the use of personal data, and to object to the processing of data for marketing purposes. Data Breach Notification: In the event of a data breach or unauthorized access to your personal data, Luxe3D will notify you promptly and take the necessary steps to mitigate any potential harm. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
- Dispute Resolution & Termination
Dispute Handling:
- Clients must notify Luxe3D of any disputes before taking legal action.
- Mediation is required before any legal proceedings.
- In the event of a dispute, Luxe3D may retain data related to the project until the dispute is resolved or as required by law.
- Luxe3D may provide links to third-party websites for convenience, such as and not limited to payment processing platforms (e.g., PayPal), cloud storage services (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox), or communication platforms (e.g., Slack, Zoom), etc. However, we are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of these websites. Please review their privacy policies before submitting any personal information.
Termination of Services:
- Luxe3D reserves the right to terminate an ongoing project if the client breaches any of these terms and the 30% deposit remains non-refundable.
- Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Before Work Starts:
- If Luxe3D has started preparatory work (e.g., research, initial sketches), the 30% deposit remains non-refundable.
Cancellation After Work Has Started:
- If the project reaches 50% completion, the client must pay an additional 20% (totalling 50%).
Last-Minute Cancellations (Near Deadline):
- If the project is 80% or more complete, the client must pay the full agreed amount.
If a client cancels the project, Luxe3D will retain their personal data for the period necessary to process the cancellation or as required by law.
